Prescription Products
Certain products offered through VitaOneCare may, where applicable, be available only with a valid prescription from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Prescription products may not be purchased, dispensed, or supplied without a valid prescription where a prescription is required by applicable law.
Where required, customers must provide a valid prescription issued by a healthcare professional who is legally authorized to prescribe the relevant product in the applicable jurisdiction.
Depending on the product, customer location, and applicable laws and regulations, prescriptions may be accepted from appropriately licensed healthcare professionals in jurisdictions recognized under applicable law, which may include the United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, and New Zealand.
VitaOneCare and/or its affiliated healthcare, pharmacy, fulfillment, or dispensing partners reserve the right to verify the validity, authenticity, scope, and currency of any prescription before an order is approved or fulfilled.
A prescription does not automatically guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled. The dispensing of prescription products remains subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, professional standards, product availability, and review by the appropriately licensed healthcare or pharmacy professional.
If a required prescription cannot be verified or does not meet applicable requirements, the order may be declined, cancelled, or refunded.
VitaOneCare does not guarantee that a prescription issued in one jurisdiction will be valid or legally usable in another jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for complying with the laws applicable to the purchase, importation, possession, and use of prescription products in their location.
Dietary Supplements
Products that are sold as dietary supplements and do not require a prescription may be purchased without a prescription, subject to applicable age, safety, labeling, and other legal requirements.
Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
